To register or make an online payment for one of our programs, users are required to enter personal identifiable information such as name, postal address, email address, credit card information, gender, and/or date of birth; that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure format. This information is required in order to register for our programs, complete travel arrangements, and provide requested services. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your reservation.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where personal data is stored.
Our privacy policy does not cover content that is transmitted via email to our office. Email does not have the same encryption and security protocols and should not be used to transmit sensitive information.

Personal information will only be shared with a third-party as necessary to complete required travel arrangements as it relates to your specific program(s); this includes airlines and hotels. By registering for our program, you consent for personal information to be shared as necessary to fulfill requirements related to that program. We do not control the privacy practices of our third-party suppliers.
You may occasionally receive a payment reminder, survey request, or newsletter from us. Follow the removal instructions at the bottom of any electronic communication to unsubscribe from our list.
Information Privacy for Minors
We do not accept personal information from children 18 years of age and under. It is required that personal information be provided by an adult parent/guardian over the age of 18. If we are made aware that information was provided without the consent of a parent or guardian, that information will be removed. Personal information is never shared with a third-party unless it is necessary to complete specific travel arrangements relating to the child’s specific program registration.
